Our Process

Exclusive Design

Select from one of the furniture packs above based on your expected rental income and within 24 hours of contacting our design team we will handpick the best suited furniture pieces to create your interior designed tailored furniture pack which will be inline with your expected rental value, property style and tenant demographic.

Timely Procurement

Upon confirming your order, your designer and project manager will measure your property, order all items from our reputable suppliers and coordinate the delivery schedule ensuring all items arrive on time to our warehouse and are delivered to your property within two weeks from receipt of funds.

Detailed Installation

Our white glove delivery and installation team carefully deliver, assemble and install each piece of furniture using the floor plan layout provided by your trusted designer. All packaging is removed and recycled, the property left clean and photos of the finalised installation sent to you for additional peace of mind.
